All deposits received are refundable if notice of cancellation is received via email 30 days or more prior to the booking date. All other deposits are considered non-refundable. Bookings that are postponed due to bad weather, or a legitimite emergency, must be redeemed within a twelve month period, and are considered null and void after twelve months from the original booking date. Refundable deposits paid by credit card will attract a 3% refund fee.
